Global warming will live longer than it should because of what you mention, but I think mostly because it plays to the left's sense of self-loathing. They hate us, because we and they are successful and we and they got successful without needing them to guide us. There is a strong anti-capitalism mood, but that is due to us ignoring the need to put the left in charge. If they could get in charge they could prove that the American economy can be trashed. Obama will be remembered as the worst president of the United States. His utter lack of leadership, his inability to work within the system, his flip-flops, his lack of integrity, his hypocrisy, his setting back race relations in the U.S. over 100 years, his pig-headedness, his complete detachment form the will of the people.....the list is long. I cannot think of one single thing that would make him a good president in my estimation.  Can't wait to see him out of office. The scary fact is that there are so many brain dead puppets out there that blindly support these political lies. What could your computer do in 1990. Back then the climate model grids were about 300 miles by 300 miles. Thanks to faster computers, ten years ago the grids were down to 80 miles by 80 miles. I am sure they are even less now. Think about it. 300 miles in California gets you from ocean to coastal land to mountains to desert.  Result has been a much lower standard deviation for the 30 or so reputable climate models. The variations are now mostly a result of variations in the way clouds are handling. Even the two climate gurus at MIT are now almost in agreement on the impact of warming on hurricane frequency and strength.

The American people must not forget that Obama the Weatherman is the same cheap politician who gave them Obamacare, several disasters in the Mid-East, continual racial divisive tension, an economy on the verge of shutdown, 98,000,000 unemployed Americans, a VA that doesn't care for its soldiers, the lowest job participation rate in 60 years, 17,000,000 more Americans in the welfare line, 968,000 Muslim 'refugees' from around the world and $8 trillion of additional national debt. It is good to read about things like sensitivity analysis, I usually cannot get past the first point which is that we have no proof that anything unusual is happening. I know that about 10,000 years ago where I am had a mile high pile of ice called a glacier. Since I cannot find it anymore, it is not surprising that the weather is warmer and the melted ice raised sea level. I guess the fools who amaze me the most are the ones who want to end all fossil fuel use and do not understand or do not know that we have NOTHING to replace them. That amount of ignorance seems so unbelievable.
