Customer Testimonials

Do you recall that one of the first things Barack Hussein did on being voted into power by a plurality of Democrats was to pursue criminal indictments against lawyers who had advised GWB that enhanced interrogation was legal? Whether or not such pursuit was "ridiculous", those men had to act to protect themselves, the costs of which were staggering, which of course is the same as being convicted of actual malfeasance.  What would be the charge, then? As far as I know, one has a First Amendment right to state that they oppose the theory of climate change based on human input. What actions or harm can come from making such statements? What harm, or cause of action could give rise to a prosecution? Driving a car? Cooking? Turning on your furnace? Having a fire in your fireplace? Bonfire on the beach? Watching tv or using lights? I'm curious what you think could be charged. Believe me, I'm no legal expert. I really want to know.

They are using the RICO act in a manner similar to the cigarette lawsuits some years back. In addition, New York is suing Exxon for essentially doing research into the effects of CO2 on climate 35 years ago. The claim is they "knew" CO2 was bad and they didn't adequately inform their stock holders. The problem is the research was inconclusive as to the dangers and that is what they told the stock holders and others in the research articles they published. So in essence they are suing Exxon for not coming up with the research results they believe and want. Both the Democrats and the New York attorneys want to dictate research outcomes and outlaw results they don't like. Democrat=fascist.

If you Google "prosecute climate deniers" you will see 102,000 results, starting with the RICO action that Andy May mentions, but individuals are targeted as well as corporations. Look at what happened in Wisconsin, when the Milwaukee County District Attorney, a Democrat, decided to launch "John Doe" investigations. Government doesn't need to "charge" you with anything. The mere process of government "investigating" your "relationships" can destroy your life. Maybe you'll have to answer questions. Will you retain a lawyer? Maybe even with a lawyer you'll say things which later can be shown to contradict other "facts" and thereby open you to perjury. Government should have nothing to do with any of this, but one party thinks otherwise.

All you unscientific climate deniers, PIPE DOWN! I've got this climate stuff down to a science! Here's all you do to construct an accurate climate model that predicts all future climate changes: 1. Measure all water on the face of the earth. 2. Measure all animal and plant life on the face of the earth. 3. Measure the photosynthetic rate of all species of plants. 4. Measure the reputational and all metabolic rates of all species on the planet, including sea life and insects in additional to mammals and humans. 5. Calculate all water currents, wind currents, the jet stream, and convectional air flows. 6. Measure earth's relationship to the sun, the moon, the other planets in our solar system in real time. 7. Measure all solar activity, solar radiation, cosmic rays, space dust falling to earth, and the relative position of the earth in the Milky Way, and the relationship of the Milky Way to other galaxies. 8. Measure all the rainfall occurring on the earth, and calculate the resultant temperature changes in every location receiving precipitation. 9. Calculate the amount of snow and ice covering the earth in real time, what longitudes and latitudes it occurs, and how it affects airflows and temperatures. 10. Measure all volcanic activity on earth, and precise estimates of how much volcanic ash is being released into the atmosphere, how long it remains suspended in the air. 11. Estimate the impact of these factors over the past 1000 years (Guess-timates are ok, since it's impossible to really know. This is where having a "scientific consensus" really helps!). 12. Add adjustments for tectonic shifts and continental drifts, forest fires, plant growth, glacial accretion and regression, economic activity and automobile usage and ... PRESTO! That's all there is to it. Now, you have a totally reliable, infallible climate change model, capable of predicting temperature changes in TENTHS of a degree over decades! Oops! I forgot to figure in how much co2 is in the atmosphere! Dang!

Plants/plankton use photosynthesis to turn sunlight & CO2 into food & Oxygen. Neither animal nor blade of grass would exist, absent Carbon Dioxide. Increasing CO2 lengthens growing seasons & encourages plants to move higher in altitude & Latitude; just as it shrinks deserts, plants using water more efficiently. Rising temperatures also lengthen growing seasons, help babies of nearly every species, increase net rainfall & save lives; because cold kills. The Earth is greener, more fertile & life sustaining than it was 40 years ago.
